The section of ““Portfolio-based” assessment of suitability when providing private banking services to PB customers” in the circular has been superseded by the HKMA’s circular dated 23 February 2024 on “Portfolio-based Approach to Suitability Assessment”.
The section of "Selling of accumulators" in the circular has been superseded by the HKMA's circular dated 14 March 2025 on "Guidance on Selling of Accumulators".
