Paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of Annex to the circular have been superseded by the HKMA’s circular dated 23 February 2024 on “Portfolio-based Approach to Suitability Assessment”.
Paragraph 4.4 of Annex to the circular has been superseded by the HKMA’s circular dated 14 March 2025 on “Guidance on Selling of Accumulators”.
